To find a place, glamping house or room suitable camping for you, please indicate the number of adults and children, the size and description of your vehicle, motorhome, caravan, or tent when booking or making an inquiry.
Upon receipt of your request, we send you a quotation and make a provisional booking, valid for at least 3 days, from the day the offer was sent (possibly more, depending on the desired day of arrival or occupancy).
In this offer, you will find an informative calculation and a percentage/amount of the advance payment required. Please note the usual value of the advance payment is 30% of the total amount quoted.

For your reservation to be considered confirmed, please transfer the advance payment to the above bank account within 3 days from the offer sent. When no prepayment within 4 days following the offer, the provisional booking is cancelled.
Upon receipt of the prepayment, you receive a booking confirmation at the same e-mail address from which you sent your inquiry OR at the e-mail address specified in the online form.
Booking confirmation implies these Terms & Conditions to be accepted by the guest.
If you accept the Terms and Conditions despite not having read them, you lose your right to complain.
CHECKING-IN/-OUT A GROUP/GUEST
When registering a group/guest at the reception, please attach your booking confirmation indicating the holder of the and the booking period.
Please note that to check-in a guest or a group, a photo ID is required for each guest at the reception.
In case of unannounced late arrival, the accommodation unit can remain booked until 6:00 PM on the scheduled day. We reserve the right to rent the accommodation from 6:00 PM onwards.
In case of an arrival later/a departure earlier than booked, we reserve the right to charge the group/guest for the entire booked period and all services booked.
Check-in/out times are the following:

-> check-out: 09 AM – NOON
Glamping Houses, guestrooms:
-> check-in: 4 PM – 8 PM
-> check-out: 09 AM – 11 AM

CHANGING YOUR BOOKING
Any bookings received via phone inquiry or email@example.com can be changed up to 14 days prior to the arrival date specified in the booking confirmation (depending on the availability, period, or type of accommodation).
Any bookings made via FERATEL can be changed up to 14 days prior to the arrival date specified in the booking confirmation (depending on the availability, period, or type of accommodation).
We reserve the right to change bookings made via phone inquiry or firstname.lastname@example.org even later than 14 days prior to the arrival date specified in the booking confirmation (depending on the availability, period, or type of accommodation).
For any change in the number of persons when booking a campsite, only the persons staying in the unit at that time will be charged in accordance with the valid price list.
In case of a change in the number of people when booking a campsite, we reserve the right to change the campsite booked by the guest or, in case of group reservation, reduce the number of campsites.
In case of the number of persons in a glamping house or guestroom exceeding the maximum number of persons, the person’s cost and tourist tax will be charged for each additional person in accordance with the valid price list.
CANCELLING YOUR BOOKING
You can only cancel your booking in writing or by e-mailing to email@example.com. Please note that no phone requests to cancel a booking will be considered.
the booking is not cancelled at all, we retain the paid prepayment amount in full;
the booking is cancelled within 7 days before the scheduled arrival date as specified in the booking confirmation, we retain the full amount of the prepayment paid;
the booking is cancelled within 7 to 14 days before the scheduled arrival date as specified in the booking confirmation, we retain 50% and refund 50% of the prepayment paid to the guest’s bank account;
the booking is cancelled within at least 14 days before the scheduled date of arrival as specified in the booking confirmation, we refund 100% of the prepayment paid to the guest’s bank account;
Full name and surname and exact address of the person making the advance payment;
IBAN number of the account from which the prepayment was made and to which the refund shall be made;
SWIFT | BIC, name, address of the bank of the payer’s account;
Please allow us up to 7 days to make the refund of the advance payment after receiving the cancellation of your booking in writing or to the e-mail address firstname.lastname@example.org and accurate information for the execution of the refund.
PAYING THE SERVICES
The final invoice shall be settled at the campsite reception desk.
Any differences in the amounts between the quotation and the final invoice when paying the latter at the reception desk depend on the amount of services stated when sending the inquiry and the services actually used during the stay.
The final invoice is reduced by the amount of the advance payment paid.
To avoid possible waiting times, you are allowed to already pay your invoice the day before your scheduled date of departure, or even at your check-in.
You can settle the final invoice in cash (EUR) or by using a payment card: MC, Visa, V-pay, Maestro,…
Campsites of different zones in the camp are different. Therefore, we strive to provide a campsite that will meet the dimensions of motorhomes, caravans, and tents, as well as any additional items stated in the booking form or your inquiry.
The guest can make a request regarding the location or arrangement of the camping site; compliance with these requirements depends on the possibilities and current availability.
A specific campsite can only be booked by guests who have already stayed at our camping place and are familiar with campsites that meet their preferences – depending on the possibilities and current availability.
No list of currently available accommodation capacities can be sent to guests by< our team.
Pets are always welcome at the campsite.
Please note that pets shall be registered upon check-in at the reception desk.
Pets shall be kept on a leash during the walk and in any catering premises.
If any damage is caused by the pet, the resulting damage is borne by the owner of the pet.
Pets are not allowed in cottages and rooms.
